Shonibare Studio

Since 2016 I have been working with Shonibare Studio, the production arm of the Nigerian Artist Yinka Shonibare. Using 3D technologies I visualise the artworks before they go into production. This involves cleaning up 3D scans of the sculptures, UV mapping and applying the to be hand painted patterns as textures on the sculptures.
I also design African Batik patterns for the production house, many that were then painted on wind sculptures, bronzes as well as classical figures.
